Welcome to Kavi G (kavigworld / kavigworld.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, official store, digital media downloads, and the kavigworld fan portal. By accessing our site or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this website. When creating a kavigworld account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Store Purchases & Dual Pricing
- Currency & Pricing: Prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) by default for domestic orders, with a USD equivalent toggle available for international buyers. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept domestic payments via eSewa (NPR) and international payments via major credit/debit cards processed through our secure international partners (YOLO, Stripe, and Paddle).
- Order Confirmation: Your order is accepted once payment has cleared and a confirmation email with an official order number is dispatched.
3. Digital Music, Files & Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access Policy
When you purchase digital music, albums, stems, or digital products on this platform, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal license to download and enjoy the content.
- 7-Day Direct Link: The signed download link delivered in your email confirmation and thank-you screen is valid for 7 days from purchase (or 30 days after release for pre-orders) for immediate guest access.
- Permanent Access via kavigworld: If your 7-day direct link expires, you have Lifetime Access to your purchase. Simply log in to kavigworld using the email address entered during checkout, or create a free account with that same email address. Once your email is verified, all past digital purchases are automatically attached to your permanent Downloads Library with unlimited re-download capability for the lifetime of the service.
4. Pre-Orders & Release Gating
Digital items marked as Pre-Order will have their audio and digital assets unlocked on the officially scheduled release timestamp. Pre-order download links stay active for at least 30 days following the release date (with a minimum 90-day floor from purchase date). You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time prior to the release date.
5. Physical Merchandise & Shipping
Physical merchandise items (apparel, vinyl, accessories) are produced in limited drops and shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier services. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact phone number.
6. Intellectual Property & License Rights
All music, audio recordings, songwriting, lyrics, artwork, logos, photographs, videos, typography, and code on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Kavi G or licensed to us. Purchasing digital music gives you a personal, non-commercial listening license only. You may not resell, redistribute, remix, sample, or upload our audio files to public streaming servers or torrent networks without explicit written permission.

7. Fan Wall & Community Conduct
kavigworld allows fans to share messages, comments, and photos on the Fan Wall. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, copyright-infringing, or promotional spam. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or ban any content or account violating these standards.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This website and all content and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavi G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or purchased products.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
