Digital License & Lifetime Access

This Digital License & Lifetime Access Agreement ("License") sets out the terms under which you acquire, download, and use digital music, albums, singles, instrumentals, audio stems, artwork, and related digital assets purchased on kavigworld.com.
1. Grant of License
Upon completed purchase, Kavi G grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable (in case of refund or breach) license to download, store, and play the purchased audio and digital assets for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. What "Lifetime Access" Means
The Lifetime Access Promise
We believe you should truly own the music you buy. When you purchase any digital release or track from Kavi G, you receive permanent lifetime access to your files:
- 7-Day Direct Guest Download Link: Your purchase receipt email and order thank-you screen provide immediate direct download links valid for 7 days from purchase (or 30 days after release for pre-orders). This lets you grab your music instantly without creating a password.
- Permanent kavigworld Account Access: After 7 days, direct email links expire for security and bandwidth protection. However, your download access never expires. You can simply log in to kavigworld using the email address you used at checkout, or create a free account with that exact same email address.
- Automatic Order Linking: Once your email address is verified, all historical guest purchases made with that email address are automatically claimed and linked to your account dashboard. You can access your permanent Downloads Library to generate fresh download links at any time, on any device, as often as you need for the lifetime of our platform.
3. Permitted Uses
Under this personal license, you are permitted to:
- Download and store audio files (master audio, lossless files) on your personal computers, smartphones, tablets, and media players.
- Import and play audio files within personal media playback software (Apple Music, VLC, Winamp, Foobar2000, etc.).
- Make personal backup copies for your own data preservation.
4. Prohibited Uses
Unless you have obtained a separate written commercial sync or master license agreement signed by Kavi G or authorized management, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling, sublicensing, leasing, renting, or redistributing our audio files or digital content.
- Uploading audio files to public file-sharing networks, torrent sites, cyberlockers, or cloud repositories for public download.
- Using the music or recordings in commercial films, television, radio, advertisements, podcasts, or video games without a sync license.
- Sampling, re-arranging, or releasing derivative musical works using our stems or masters for commercial distribution without a signed license.
- Inputting our audio recordings, lyrics, or artwork into artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning datasets, or neural voice cloning systems without express written consent.
5. Pre-Orders & Digital Unlocking
Digital music purchased as a pre-order will be securely unlocked on the scheduled release date. Your order receipt will confirm the exact date and time when download links become active.
